Jay Vazquez directs this group of 8 very talented musicians whose youth is as fresh to the eye as their vast experience is to the ear.
Vivianna Castell, the front singer is well known for owning a soulful, powerful voice and a strong stage presence that make her an outstanding performer.
It is also the 3 piece Horn Section playing Jay’s arrangements that thrills any crowd.

The Homeless Band made second place in the TBS Talent Search 2009 with their original compositions which have been greatly accepted by their crowds for its blend of Funky grooves, powerful Rock and spicy Latin rhythms.

And they compliment their show with their big time favourites and greatest influences, the hits of bands like Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire, Tower of Power, Blood Sweat & Tears, and the thrilling sounds of singers like Janis Joplin and Aretha Franklin, building up the show so that people can’t stop dancing and cheering for the band, needless to say what the reaction from the crowd is when they perform a Latin tune by Carlos Santana, Gloria Estefan, Shakira or Celia Cruz on top of all of that!

From local Ribfests to International Festivals The Homeless Band has participated with grand success in hundreds of them in several countries, to mention a few: The Southside Shuffle Fest, The Orangeville Jazz&Blues Festival, The Ex at CNE, The Junction Festival, The Sandstock Fest in Virginia Beach USA, Music by the River in Michigan, Marine World Florida, Beach Street USA, The International Jazz&Blues Festival of Mexico City and many others.
